Can Aleve Be Taken Along With Melodic Am?

For 2 weeks now I have had sharp pains that come and go in the back of my knee and pain running down my leg. I did go to doctor and he diagnosed, without any exams., that it was a pulled hamstring with tendinitis . He gave me melodic am 2 x days with Tylenol 3x day. It has not helped. Sometime the pain is so severe that I can hardly stand it and then 10 minutes later the pain gone. Do I need to go see an orthopedic doctor. Can I take alive with the melodic am?

You can safely take Aleve with melodic. It will not interact with each other or affect the efficacy of one another.
