Can Allegra D Be Taken While Being Allergic To Aspirin, Aleve And Ibuprofen?

I have had five prostate surgeries, non-cancerous. I was told by the surgeon I can not take aspirin, Aleve or ibuprofen because they promote bleeding and that I bleed easily. Can I take Allegra D? I have either severe allergies or a sinus infection currently. Thank you Greg
