Can Alprim Be Taken While On Plaquenil?

Hello, I am currently taking plaquenil as treatmrny for Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. I have been given alprim (300mg) to treat a UTI I feel coming on (...I leave for holidays tomorrow and wanted to have the antibiotics with my just Incase). Am I able to take Alprim while taking plaquenil?
