Can Amphetamines, Adderall And Ritalin Cause Insomnia?
My son was on amphetamines for ADD for about 7 years. He was on Adderral and Ritalin at different doses. That was from age 8 to about 14. He is now 21. He was under a child psychiatrist s care. He has also had trouble sleeping and the same doctor put him on Seroquel for about four years. He has been off the Seroquel for a year now and he has been off the amphetamines for about 6 years. He blames the use of these drugs for his not being able to sleep at night and says his thinking and his life are damaged because of the use of these drugs. Is he correct?

HI. THanks fr posting onHCM..its not like that ..when he will grow. ADHD symptoms get reduced if he have more sleeping problem please start giving him tab clonitril .25 mg at the time of sleep
