Hello,

As the anti D injection was missed during this pregnancy, there is more chance of the fetus getting affected during the second pregnancy. So, during the next pregnancy, she must be monitored for anti d antibodies and the injection is to be given at 28 weeks and 34 weeks of pregnancy. So, in the next pregnancy be cautious and inform the gynecologist early about anti D.
