Can Aspirin Dosage Be Reduced While Experiencing Flank Pain?

I am 2 weeks out from (L) total knee replacement. I was it on 325 mg. OfAspirin vs.Coumadin etc. I m healthy, 75 y/o female, RN. I am experiencing (R) flank pain. Weaning off of 5/325Percoset & now using Acetaminophen q 4 hrs. 500 mg. Can I stop my 325 Aspirin & go back to my 81 mg. Low dose aspirin at this time. I read in your info that Aspirin may be a contributing factor to my discomfort. P.S. My knee is going great!

Better to take a higher dose of aspirine for its anticoagulative effects since you are post opperation state at least for a mounth. Then reduce it later.
