Can Azithral Be Given Along With Flexon And Augmentin DDS To A Child?

My son is 7 years old of 29 kg having fever & cold since 3 days . On starting he has fever 102 to 103 but after taking medicine , Flexon syrup -12 ml x 3 times , Maxtra - 7.5 ml x3 times, AugmentinDDS - 7.5 ml twice , Allegra syrup - 10 ml. Now the fever is 99.6 to 99.9 approximately . Could I give him Azithral-200 along with this medicine for 7 days ?

Hello,

After the Augmentin fever is coming down. Need not add another antibiotic immediately. Wait if fever is not subside do investigation and start new drugs.
