Can Azithromycin Cause Irregular Heart Rate And Tightness In Chest?
I was prescribed azithromycin 250mg (Z pack) for a sinus infection. It said take 2 first day, which I did. My heart rate is irregular and feels a bit tight in my chest. Is this something that will cause long term effects with my heart? I do not plan on taking another pill. I will call my doctor in the morning for a different perscription. Is there anything that can be done now I have already taken the medication?
