General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I do not think it is a sinus infection. As you report that your eyelid dropped, this means that most probably Bell's palsy might have caused it.

To me, apart ct-scan of the head should consult further with neurologist and cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
