Can Biotin Be Taken With Nature S Bounty?
I want to take a vitamin with biotin to help my nails. I an a diabetic. Type 2 & also have ulcers. I have had bleeding from them & am now on pantoprazole that seems to control that. Would it be safe for me to take natures bounty hair,skin & nails gummies with 2500 mag biotin?

Biotin has no effect on blood sugar control so you can use it and not worry about a change in your blood sugar levels. There is also no interaction between the Pantoprazole and biotin so you do not need to be concerned regarding a possible interaction. You can safely use it.
