Can Black Cohosh Be Taken While On Rosuvastatin, Levothyroxine And Aspirin?

My doctor discontinued my estrogen treatment in Oct .I have been on replacement since 1992. Now I have heart issues with my heart. I have one stent and am currently on several meds for my heart including isosorbide 60mgs daily, ranexa 500mg x4 daily, effient 10mg/daily,aspirin 81mg/daily, rosuvastatin 10mg/daily, levothyroxine 150 mcg/daily, CoQ-10 4oomgs/daily. Since my removal of premarin, I suffer from hot flashes, night sweats, trouble sleeping and depression. I would like to try Black Cohosh to see if it would help with the symptoms. Would taking it be harmful to me Thank you for your attention in this matter
