Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She needs to be carefully monitored for her blood pressure. Brainstrong is a nutritional supplement (Ginkgo biloba and Choline) claimed to be effective in memory supporting. It also contains sodium. Intake of extra sodium (salt) may affect the blood pressure lowering effects of Valsartan hence, her blood pressure needs to be carefully monitored while taking this supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
