Can Bupropion And Duloxetine Be Taken Together?

I am currently taking Bupropion HCL150mg 12HR SA TAB for anxiety and PTSD. I was prescribed DULOXETINE HCL 30MG EC CAP for migraines. My concern is that no one explained to me if both of these can be taken together and what kind of side effect it has with each other. Could you please tell me if this is healthy or more harmful?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the Bupropion increase the efficacy of Duloxetine by altering its drug metabolism and also may produce many drug interaction reactions possible.
I do not recommend to consume both together without discussing the same with your treating doc.

Feel free to ask further about the case.
Thank you.
