It is unlikely CLL by itself would cause these symptoms. anemia, caused by CLL can cause leg swelling. Low levels of albumin ( protein made in the liver), low levels of throid hormone, blockade of lymph supply from the legs ( can be due to infections like filariasis, obesity), leaky valves in leg veins, and leg clots are other common causes of leg swelling. I would suggest seeing a general physician to evaluate this further. keep your legs elevated when you are at rest.
