Can Carbimazole Be Taken After Taking Mifepristone And Misoprostol?

Hello, Two days ago I had medical abortion by pills I got 200mg of mifepristone and after 24h 4x200mg misoprostol and injured with anty d globulin as I have 0rh -. I have Graves Basedov since 2016 I m taking Carbimazole 5mg daily. Can I still taking this medicine (Carbimazole?) after all this pill which i took ? I don t have opportunity to speak with my endocrinologist. Please for help.
