Can Cefuroxime Be Taken For Both UTI And Sore Throat?

I have penice burning and uti after 5-6hour of ejaculation. Sveral check ups conducted. Up to MRI scan done. Nothing diagnosed. No virus and bacteria. Purifloxacin, doxycycline and many antibiotics taken. No result.last 8months same problem I am facing. Now throat infection started. And now taking doxycycline. The ent special ist suggested cefuroxime for throat pain infection. Can I take cefuroxime instead of both uti and soar throat. I am takeing doxy for last 4 days. Docter priscribed it for 30days. Pls diagnose and suggest me

yes you can take cefuroxime for uni and sore throat.but get diagnosed first go for a urine routine and microscopic examination.If pus cells are present then go for urine culture and sensitivity test.and for sore throat go for culture and sensitivity test for throat swab.then treatment will be finalised as per reports.
