Can Celecoxib Be Taken Along With Trazodone For Curing Gout Pain?

I have gout and recently was inflicted with very severe pain de to gout attack in my palm, wrist and hand. I already take Tradozone for sleepiness. Could I take Celecoxib in space of time. One tablet at night and anther n afternoon without serious injury?

Hi, thanks for your question. I'm glad to help.

Trazodone and celecoxib, when taken together, usually have significant adverse interactions. There is also a greater risk of bleeding in the stomach if both drugs are used together.

So unless this is your doctor's prescription, combination of trazodone and celecoxib is not advised.
