Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* The Cerazette contains desogestrel which can not be combined with Norethisterone.
* Currently to control the bleeding, consume Cerazette for 3 days morning and evening after meals ( no Norethisterone during that period ).
* Once the 3 days medicine is over, you will get menses after 4-5 days and accordingly you have to start your regular pills further ahead.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
