Can Clindamycin Be Used For Painful Urination?

I think I have a UTI infection because I am having trouble urinating, it is really painful and am now having blood in my urine, I also have the urge to urinate. I have leftover clindamycin in my home, and I was wondering if I should use that until I see the doctor until tomorrow, will that help get rid of some of the bacteria?
