liver texture. You should refrain from both of them.
Liver change is gradual an very chronic with such a lifestyle and will stop further progressing if you stop taking cocaine, alcohol and smoking. Alcohol is more dangerous than the other two for damaging the liver.
Periodic
MRI are necessary to rule out hepatocellular cancer in a timely manner (if any, starts to develop).
