Dear Sir, i am 24 years old male, 75 kgs ,5.9 height, i have been dieting since last 2.5 years ,, 3 years back i was 106 kgs and i lost 31 kgs in 2.5 years through proper dieting without excercise.. Now the problem is saggy skin ,,, especially at the stomach areas (not very loose ) and I dont want to do any surgery for this.. Is taking collegen supplements with workouts in gym will helps to resolve this.... If yes please suggest me some supplements, Thanks, A Pls reply,,, i want to get redoff from this
