Hello,

Combiflame contains paracetamol and ibuprofen. Since your son has nephrotic syndrome, I wouldn't advise you to give him Combiflame. For his fever, you can give him plain paracetamol instead. To get the exact dose of paracetamol for him, you need to tell his weight as the dose in children is calculated according to the weight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
