Hello dear Understand your concern Cytotec is used for termination of intrauterine pregnancy under the advice and observation of gynecologist. USG should be done before using pills to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy. Ideally it should be used along with the mifepristone for successful abortion. Home use as self medication should be avoided lead to excessive bleeding, high chance of abortion failure in which abnormal development of pregnancy occurs. As you are on warfarin for lifetime, high risk of excessive bleeding. You advice and supervision should be must in your case. I advice you to go for surgical process like suction evacuation to terminate the pregnancy. In surgery at one step the pregnancy will be removed and chance of bleeding is also less compare to the cytotec use. So consult the gynecologist first and take its opinion to terminate the pregnancy.
