Can Deanxit And Cefetamet Be Taken Together For Treatment Of Respiratory Infection?

My daughter is in shanghai China. Went to doctor over weekend for upper respiratory infection. Also told her she had a heart arrhythmia. We already new that but it was no cause for alarm here. Wants to put her on deanxit and cefetamit. Reading that deanxit is banned here in the US. Also it s an anxiety medication. She already takes an antidepressant Zoloft. We are questioning whether she should take these two medications. She will be back home first of May. And home for a short visit in January. Considering to just call her primary doctor here. Any advice?

I would like to clarify whether it is only the upper respiratory tract infection that made her to present to doctor in China. If that is the case, then only cefetamet an antibiotic is enough.
If she is doing fine on Zoloft (sertraline), then there is no need to change over to Deanxit (flupenthixol + melitracen). Also if there is any other psychiatric symptoms that need to be addressed, then too avoid Deanxit as it has potentially serious side effects and ask for alternatives that are available in your country.
