Hi,

No, depo Medrol injection will not relieve pain. By your history and description, possibility of migraine is more likely.

So take flunarizine and propranolol combination.

Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid Fasting and take your meals timely. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
