Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Dermadew Aloe Lotion contains Aloe Vera and Glycerin as active ingredients. It works by increasing the breaking strength of scar tissue by increasing wound contraction, forming protective film and moisturizing the dry area. You need to avoid using it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Instead, you may use Bio oil which has oil extracts from plants along with Vitamin A and Vitamin E to reduce stretch marks in pregnancy. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
