Can Diazepam Be Taken For Neck And Shoulder Sprain?
I slept on my neck in a funny way and have a lot of pain in the neck and shouler in back that is helped only a little with tylenol (325 mg) and aspirin (325 mg). I have some loft over diazepam and wonder if I could take a 5 mg tablet to see if that helps. Thank you, Mary

It is nothing but a sprain or musculoskeletal pain arising from unusual sleeping position.
As a first line management you can take drugs like baclofen for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist can consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
