Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dezamethasone and Doazepam do not have any major interaction and one can be taken wit the other. However Diazepam should only be taken by prescription of a proper doctor .it should better be avoided as a self medicine. For sleep you can apply sleep Hygiene that is avoiding day time sleep , avoiding caffeine smoking and avoiding watching mobiles or movies in the night , fixed time for sleep and switching light off.
If this does not help your sleep, I think you should talk to your doctor he may prescribe some more useful medicine or what ever is proper for you.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
