Can Diclofenac And Turmeric Force Capsules Be Taken Together?

Good evening! My question concerns tumeric and diclofenac (75 mg). I find I am getting major relief from osteoarthritic hip joint pain by taking 1 New Chapter Tumeric Force capsule and 1 tsp. Aryuvedic Tumeric Nectar/paste daily and 1 dichlophenac every other day. Is there a danger of overdoing the tumeric--and what IS the danger. AND can I stay on the diclofenac indefinitely at that level without enhanced risk of stroke/heart attack. I am a 73 yr. old woman who is 5/5 and weighs (I m sorry to say) 151 lbs. I ve heard that excessive tumeric can be hard on the gall bladder-and, well, just what IS excessive. Thanks!

Hello,

You can take Diclofenac and turmeric together, they won’t interact with each other or does not affect the efficacy of one another.
However Diclofenac is not recommended for long term use. It can cause serious adverse effects on long term use especially among elderly individuals.

Hope I have answered your query.
