Can Dicyclomine 10 Mg Cure Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Nausea?

I occasionally I have colon spasms (severe cramps and diarrhea) today the cramps were so painful I felt nauseous to the point of almost vomiting (thought I would). (other times not so bad) Why is that? Thank you, Leilani I do have dicyclomine 10 mg that helps calm it down

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What you are having appears to be infective diarrhea.
Dicyclomine will only prevent abdominal cramps but doesn't address infection causing diarrhea.
Kindly take a course of tablet Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole for diarrhea. Increase tour intake of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated. Consume diet which is soft and easily digestible.
For nausea feeling and vomiting, you need to take tablet Domperidone with Pantaprazole.
