Can Diltiazem Be Taken Every 48 Hours While On Flecainide?
Is it possible to take Diltiazem 120 mg sr every other day? I am also taking flecainide 50 mg twice a day (just dropped from 100 mg twice daily). I am gaining weight like crazy. 15 # in three months. I want to take the lowest amount of this stuff that I can and stay out of a fib. THank you.

I don't think that flecainide and diltiazem are causing you to increase weight. You may need to get tested for thyroid function doing T3 T4 and TSH levels. Also be careful improving diet and physical activity.
