Can Diovan Be Taken In The Morning?

my cardiologist has increased my Diovan to 320 mg from 160 I also take Amlodapine and bystolic. My lower number when taking my blood pressure is always around 100 no matter what is going on. My Bystolic is 10 mg and the amlodipine is 5mg I take the bystolic and the Diovan in the morning and the amlodipine at night. and my lower bottom reading is always around 99 to 105 Is there a certain time of the day to be taking these. So I plan to take the new Diovan in the morning after breakfast is that a good idea ?
