HI dr! Need to know if this product DUO FILM based on salicylic acids can be used for inflamed SEBORRHEIC KERAPOSIS? I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE FROM EUROPE WHO TREATING HIS WARTS FOR A FEW YEARS WITH THIS TYPE WHICH IS BROUGHT DIRECTLY FROM PHARMACY... Could you please answer in a more detailed description if is the right product. I already did one a treatment with a freezing by spray -- not sure about the name of it & didn t work satisfactory. Hello, thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. Ammonium lactate and alpha hydroxy acids have been reported to reduce the height of seborrheic keratoses. Superficial lesions can be treated by carefully applying pure trichloroacetic acid and repeating if the full thickness is not removed on the first treatment. Topical treatment with tazarotene cream 0.1% applied twice daily for 16 weeks caused clinical improvement in seborrheic keratoses .
