Can Ebastine Tablet Be Taken As Alternative To Odimont LC?

Hi doctor , my child was proscribed by odimont LC kid by the doctor . Currently the medicine is not available . I am having Ebastine tablet which was proscribed by the same doctor before .Is it okay if I take that medicine in the absence of odimont LC. What is the difference between both tablet. You can take ebastine, but it is less effective for asthma. Odimont lc contain levocetrizine which works similar to ebastine, but in addition it also contains monteleukast, a drug used in asthma. As ebastine lacks moneleukast, it is a little inferior.
