Can Ecosprin-AV 75 Be Substituted With An Alternative To Avoid Side Effects?

Greetings of the day, Dr can i have an alternative of ecosprin 75 AV? I am 40 and 5 years back was operated for CABG, my dad was operated for the same disease one year prior to that. I am observing several side effects of this medicine and those are appearing for me as well as for my father (no 70 years): 1) Enlarged prostate 2) Pain in legs Kindly advice.

Hello,

Ecosprin is made of 75 mg of aspirin used to prevent blood clots. You can substitute it with any kind of aspirin. Use aspirin because it is also used to prevent blood clots with a smaller difference in dosage.
