Can Effexor, Lamotrigine, Pravastatin Or Ativan Cause Severe Stomach Pain?
My friend is on Effexor for a couple or years along with Lamotrigine and Atavan. She gets alot of pain in her stomache. Also on Pravastatin. Could any of these be causing the pain? Was diagnosed with Diverticulitis, Gerd and Acid reflux. She is also Snythroid, just 25 mg/day.

The abdominal is due to severe gastritis and acid reflux due to multiple drugs.
You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
