Allegra tablet has fexofenadine as antihistamine, works to decrease allergic reactions, not only at skin, but also in respiratory track, eyes and the other parts of body. I m so sorry I couldn t find what the ingredient of femxa tab is, or what the generic name is. If it contains fexofenadine, therefore it can be substituted by Allegra tablet. If I were your mom s treating doctor, and found your mother has allergic symptoms and dry skin, I would suggest that she can use fisiotiv cream and Allegra tab as the therapy.
