Hi & Welcome.
Avoid taking
Fluconazole after taking a dose of Omeprazole.
Since the antifungal medication Fluconazole can inhibit the metabolism (slow down the breakdown) of Omeprazole by the liver enzymes (cytochromes) causing increasing the blood levels of Omeprazole.
This may increase side effects such as diarrhea,
abdominal pain, vomiting, and flatulence on short term treatment.
During long-term treatment, you may also have an increased risk of developing
osteoporosis (thinning of the bones & fractures), deficiency of
vitamin B12, increased risk of certain intestinal infections & a condition called
hypomagnesemia (low blood magnesium), which in severe cases can lead to muscle spasm, irregular heart rhythm, and seizures.
Consult your treating doctor to prescribe alternatives (like Ranitidine to treat your acidity related stomach issues) that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring.
Hope the suggestion given above would help you.
A feedback is appreciated.
