Can Gemfibrozil, Ranitidine And Citalopram Be Taken Together?

I currently take Azor 10mg., Gemfibrozil 600mg,Ranitidine 300mg., Ranitidine 300 mg., Citalopram 20 mg and amitriptylin 100mg. Amitriptylin is being replace slowly by lamotrigine. Are their any worries of combined drugs. I am being monitored every two months right now.
