OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

These medicines are almost the same and have the same effect I suggest you take the medicine your doctor has prescribed you now as he has added some salts which will be helpful to you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
