Can Glucocil Be Taken With Atorvastatin, Gabapentin And Metformin?

Hello. I take 6 prescribed medications. Bupropion XL 300mg once daily, Losartan 50mg once daily, Atorvastatin 40mg once daily, Alprazolam .05mg once daily , Gabapentin 300mg 3 times daily and Metformin 1000mg twice daily. I also take a low dose of aspirin, 325mg, once daily in place of Plavix. My question is, does either one of these medications pose a danger or side effect if I start taking an over the counter medication called, Glucocil to help control blood sugar? I have been diagnosed with (borderline) Type II diabetes. Any advice you can give will be helpful.

Hello,

You can safely take glucocil along with your routine drugs. It will not interact with each other or affect the efficacy of one another.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
