Can Gynaset Be Taken For Delayed Periods?

i have missed my periods from last nine days and i do have unprotected intercourse and i also have thyroid problem but i don't want to get pregnant now so can i take Gynaset tablets to continue my periods cycle
before marriage my doctor has prescribed me this tablets so can i take them
