Can HIV Be Contracted By An Wound Coming In Contact With Blood?

A while back When I was applying a band aid for a colleague on his cut I may have come in contact with his blood I did have an wound on my hand which was not fresh. But are there any chances for HIV to get transmitted if he was Infected?? Should I get tested?

If the blood from a HIV patient came in direct contact with your wound, then their are chances that you may get HIV infection. You should get yourself tested.
