General & Family Physician 's  Response
HIV infection is predominantly a sexually transmitted disease (STD) worldwide. The virus has been demonstrated in vaginal fluid. The risk estimates for the sexual transmission of HIV, per sex act, range widely, from 0.08% to 0.19% for receptive vaginal intercourse. Although risk is small but there.
To halt mental anxiety of getting infected or not, you should go through HIV test.
Advice
1.     Investigations - HIV screening, HBsAg, HCV screening, and VDRL
