Hello You had sex ( unprotected ) for 4 minutes . You got a cmia test . Is this reliable test . Now , read this carefully . Antibodies to HIV antigens begins appear within 2 weeks of infection ( perhaps you got a cmia test after 2 weeks of initial contract). and the period of time between initial infection and DEVELOPMENT of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months . Here I want to say that antibodies begins after 2 weeks but within a period of 3 months . Western blot is most commonly used confirmatory test and detects antibodies to HIV antigens to a specific molecular weight . So , you are having typical symptoms and also on risk , so get pcr n for confirmation for HIV. Hope this information will be useful for you.
