Hello
Now please note down and read this before your answer.
HIV infection is predominantly a
sexually transmitted disease world wide and the most common mode of infection world wide , is clearly heterosexual transmission.
HIV has been demonstrated in seminal fluid both with infected mononuclear cells & in the cell-free state.
There is a strong association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse, probably because only a thin , fragile RECTAL
MUCOUS MEMBRANE separates the deposited SEMEN potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and trauma may be associated with anal intercourse ( in your case you admitted that there was 0.5 cm cut on the anus opening ) .
Anal douching and sexual practices that traumatized the rectal mucosa and increase the likelihood of infection.
Now only option is get in p24 nucleic acid amplification test ( NAT ) rapid as early as possible .
But at least it require 2 weeks for confirmation of detection of detectable antigen
antibodies for HIV infection after initial infection.
Hope this will help you.
