Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Unprotected anal recipient sex carries the highest risk among all types of sexual activities. At the same time, all the exposure need not be infectious.
There is every chance for that guy not necessarily had infected with HIV. Anyhow a HIV test is mandatory to rule out HIV.

Hi
I admire you for positive outlook.

Yes it has chance for hiv transmission.

If that man had already hiv and unprotected anal sex lead to high risk of hiv transmission.

Go for testing and avoid such risk.

In fact both of you require HIV testing.

Thank you.

Hello

Anal sex without condom is the risk of the HIV infection. But it doesn't mean that You have to be infected.
2-4 weeks after HIV infection many, but not all, people experience symptoms like:
Fever (this is the most common symptom)
Rash
Sore throat
Headache
Swollen glands
Muscle and joint aches and pains

But each of these symptoms can be caused by other illnesses!

If You had an unprotected sex You should do HIV test - this is the only way to know if You are infected or not.
