Can HPV Of Food Pipe Be Just Monitored Without Excising Them?

I just found out I have hpv in my food pipe 3 growths were found at 30,35, and 40cm from my incisors the largest measuring 6mm they are pondering excising them I don't know what to do any suggestions they don't bother me I breath and eat with no problems. What are the risk's having this done? or not having it done? Can it just be monitored?

hello, thanks for your query, hpv papilloma at esophagus can cause obstruction, it's a carcinogenic can cause cancer with some strains. surgical removal can have reoccurrence. laser and vaccines will help in total removal. all the best. take care.
