Can Hep C Or Cervical Spine Stenosis Cause Hematochezia?

I am a 59 year old female and found out that I have Hep. C last summer. I have had blood in my stool twice this week. Can this be caused by Hep C or Stenosis of the Cervical Spine, which I also have? I have been doing alternative for the Hep C all of these months.
