Can Himalaya Ayursilm Be Taken For Weight Loss By Diabetic Patients?
I need to know if Himalaya ayursilm capsules can be taken for weight loss by diabtetic patients. I don t have a very high sugar level though..it s just recently the level went by 146 mg/dl twice... you can reply for my query at YYYY@YYYY

Dear sir for diabetic people it's better to go for exercise plan along with himalaya pills
taking pills along will never give you benefit,it should be coupled with daily walking 45 mins
